Each week come and enjoy a variety of outdoor workouts.  These workouts take place at 3 different parks throughout the District of Saanich.  No class will be the same, and you will feel refreshed and energized when you leave.  Enjoy some fresh air, good company and work on your strength, cardio and flexibility, with or without your babe/s.

Monday and Wednesday mornings Mom and Babe outdoor bootcamp - 930 till 1030

Monday and Wednesday evenings outdoor bootcamp - 610 till 710

Saturday morning outdoor bootcamp - Starting Saturday April 6th we are back to 2 Saturday morning classes.  The first starts at 745 and goes until 9 am.  This is a ladies only class.  The second runs from 9-1015 and is Family Friendly.

Mom and Babe Boot Camp

Monday mornings at Brydon Park and Wednesday mornings at Rutledge Park.  Come enjoy the outdoors with your little one/s.  Get your sweat on while connecting with other mom's in your community.   All ladies welcome!  Please feel free to come with or without your little one/s.

Outdoor Boot Camp 

Monday evenings at Brydon Park and Wednesday evenings at Rutledge Park.  Each class will be different from the last, and provide a wide range of exercises that can be modified to your individual needs.  All women welcome!

Saturday Morning Boot Camp 

Join me Saturday mornings at Mount Doug for either the 745-9 am ladies only outdoor bootcamp, or the 9-1015 Family Friendly bootcamp.   The 9-1015 is an opportunity for you to bring your whole family, spouses and children included!  Bring the whole clan and workout together!  Or take some time for yourself and come on your own.  

In-home or Outdoor Personal Training

Personalized programming developed with you to help determine and realize your fitness and health goals.  One on One support provided to you in the comfort of our own home, or we can head outside to a local park and train outdoors.  Packages are individualized to meet your needs and wants.  These packages range from a one hour session once a week, to 2 hour sessions up to 4 times per week and anything in-between.
